A Powerful Collaboration ToolDepartment heads can store important database,templates,policy related information in Knowledge Bank section to collaborate with teams/employees/TaskTrek users than emailing information to a large audience over and over again.Some example:
Document Versioning
You can upload n-versions to any document or file here and track them in one glance.For any document or file with more than one version,there will appear an icon 'version history' next to the file.A mouse over on this icon will provide you details such as file number,date and time of upload,name of the person who has uploaded the file,comment or message and link to download the version.the newest version of the file will feature on the top.Without even having to open individual files,you can know the corrections made by a single mouse over,in one glance. When you click on Knowledge Bank tab from your TaskTrek Dashboard,you will see some folders there.Right-click on any folder to create sub folders and start arranging all your data folder wise.You can upload any attachment file or copy paste text in the box,when you add a 'new page' under any folder. |
